While are goal of quality training has not changed our format has. The new format requires a commitment to both on-line and in-class participation.

To complete this course you will be required to:

• Attend six in-class sections (3 hours each)
• Complete all assigned [module Exams] (taken in class)
• Complete all assigned [module Review Question] (taken on-line)
• Participate in [hands-on] training
  

The in-class instructor will monitor your on-line progress and provide guidance as needed during class periods.

The scheduled start time for the classroom meeting will be 5:00PM unless mutually agreed to by the instructor, students, and management. Each classroom meeting will begin with a review of the assigned module reading as posted in the weekly schedule. It is your responsibility to arrive at class having completed all assigned reading and online assignments.

The review of topic(s) may (at the instructors discussion) include prior topics. In the classroom general setting the review topics will be limited to current or past topics; they will not include topics assigned to a future date.

Time will be allotted during the classroom meeting for taking the required module exams. These exams will be given once in class, make-up exams will be scheduled by the Hayward office staff, and may require travel to Hayward.

The required module Review Questions can be found by using the link provided in this module on the previous page (top). The Review Questions will be accessible until midnight of the scheduled day.
